It is with an abundance of caution that we will be taking some temporary measures, effective immediately, to limit our person-to-person contact in order to healthfully deliver the quality products and services our customers deserve. We want to assure you that we are not currently experiencing any business interruptions from our supply chain partners or production facilities, and we continue to be fully staffed and operational. Our team is monitoring the developments of Covid-19 closely, with full intention to continue operations without interruption while protecting the health of our employees, customers, & vendors alike.
Effective immediately, Ashtonne Packaging is taking the following steps, until further notice, for the health of our employees, customers, and vendors:
- No outside customer or vendor meetings will take place in our Ashland, OH facilities. We will continue to utilize direct & conference telephone calls for meetings as needed. Our employees, of course, can be reached via email and office/mobile phones as usual during our normal business hours.
- Internally, we have instituted the following recommended measures to help assure continued levels of service throughout this global emergency:
- Employees will minimize outside travel, and maintain social distancing recommendations whenever such travel is necessary.
b. Employees will communicate/meet with each other by phone and maintain internal social distancing recommendations within our facilities to the extent possible.
c. Employees will be vigilant in increasing hand washings and cleaning common touch areas within our facilities.
d. In the event an employee becomes aware that he or she has been in contact with an individual infected by the Covid-19 virus, the employee will immediately report such incident to our management team so that appropriate action may be taken as recommended.
e. Third party delivery & shipping personnel will be prohibited from entering our facilities.
